Builder Representation Notice

Many new home builders have registration policies that affect whether an outside real estate agent can represent a buyer during the purchase process.

In many cases, builders require buyers to register their real estate agent during their first visit to a model home or sales center. If a buyer visits a builder's model home, tours the community, or registers with the builder without their agent present or properly registered, the builder may limit or deny the agent's ability to represent the buyer moving forward.

For this reason, buyers who wish to receive representation through New Build Matchmaker are strongly encouraged to contact Danielle prior to visiting model homes, touring communities, or registering with builders.

Whenever possible, Danielle should accompany buyers on their initial visit or coordinate the appointment directly with the builder before the visit occurs.

Failure to register an agent in accordance with a builder's policies may impact Danielle's ability to provide representation services during the transaction.
